Where in the UI: ファイル → 新しいブックマーク。「+」カード。#addClipModal。
ページクリッパーなしで URL を追加。

URL (任意でタイトル) を入力し、フォルダを選択。

モーダル下部のキャンセル / 追加ボタン。
